George Hawkins is the leader of a team of cadets at summer camp far out in space at Jupiter Station on Ganymede moon. On the run from a Zeleion meteor attack, they land on the Thorean cadets space station - Indus station on the second moon of Zalhala.
A silent attack by the Mahadean slave traders on Indus station sends George and the others racing across the galaxy to rescue the Thorean cadets with the Galactic Union rescue star ships three days behind.
Returning to Indus station to finish their 2nd summer camp, George and the others beat the Calshene space race record that held for more than two hundred years becoming heroes across the galaxy with Anna, Sara and Emily leading their team.
The Galactic Union is stunned, as George worries if they will be able to return to Earth…
